5. Necessary application documents
- Filled "Inquiry card" - by form (original);
- Brief company presentation - business markets, customers, contractors, competitors;
- Company registration documents, BULSTAT card, a tax registration certificate;
- Certificate of legal status of company issued by the respective Court / issued not earlier than 3 months from the date of application for lease/;
- Act for company establishing, protocols (depending on the type of company);
- Decision of the competent authority for conclusion of leasing contract;
- A copy of the identity card of representing people;
- Balance sheet, Revenue and expenditure to-date period - month, three months, six months and nine months of the respective year;
- A copy of the tax returns for the last 1 (one) year and a balance;
- Reporting last three VAT declarations;
- A copy of the concluded long-term commercial contracts, certificates, licenses and contracts with major suppliers, customers, costs, lease and other documents related to the company activities - NOT MANDATORY
